All our products are made of 100% natural human hair. As each bundle comes from individual people, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. We will, however, make every effort to match your order to meet your desired requirements.
Return & Exchange
Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on hair that has been used or washed because it is a real human hair product. No exceptions can be accepted.
- 7-day return policy begins from the day your order is successfully delivered.
- You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs, custom and duties;
- HairVietnam assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or loss by carrier handling the returned merchandise;
- Please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address. We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package;
- HairVietnam needs to receive the merchandise physically at our office before refund process happens;
- We will refund the purchase amount of the product only. The shipping cost and other fee (if any) will not be refunded.
